This week, the very last week of 2012, the Daily Post’s Weekly Photo Challenge is to reflect our year in a photo gallery. I found it really difficult to pick a photo from each month to act as a summary, so my gallery is somewhat reflective of my year, but more reflective of my favorite photos from each month. Or one of my favorite photos from each month. Click on any photo for a full-sized slide show.
This is me
This is me. This is my blog. This is where you're welcome to follow the wanderings of my mind, elusive as it is.

Carol, Love all your pictures, but the one of the kids in December didn’t come through. Here’s hoping you have a New Year full of enough!
Oops, the kids picture just magically appeared!! What a great picture!
How nice! That last picture is a big winner! I love the joy on your kids’ faces. But so many of the other pics are fabulous as well. If I didn’t have another blog in mind, I would do this, too.
I’m looking forward to this challenge, but I’m not sure when I’m going to get around to it. I love the one of your kids this Christmas. So glad everyone arrived safely
I think for a second favorite I’ll pick March and May. Okay, so that’s two second favorites. Let’s not count.
Enjoyed your pictures, thanks for sharing.
I love each and every photo for various reason – it’s hard to pick a favorite. But….if push came to shove and I HAD to, I’d say the final photograph with those beautiful face-splitting smiles.
Great pics! I especially love the last onewith you and Geoffrey! What a joyful photo!
Thank you Andy. Actually, that’s Geoffrey’s sister with him – I wish I were so young!

Whoops!
I should have let the mouse hover over the pic before and I would have read the caption that explained that. I didn’t realize you had both kids home with you! Does that mean that you snapped that photo? Cause it’s fantastic! Blessings to you all!
Andy, Geoffrey set everything up and said do this and this, but since I actually pointed, focused and shot I’m taking credit.

What a sweet collection of photos, Carol. I have nominated you for the 2012 Blog of the Year Award. Happy New Year!
Naomi, I found that nomination on your blog, and I feel so honored to be in such great company!

Carol, the woods photo and snow is just breathtaking! And I love your happy kids.
A wonderful summary of your year Carol! I isn’t it difficult to choose just one photo for each month though! I know you have taken some gorgeous shots throughout the year and have absoulutely loved visiting your blog throughout this year. A very Happy New Year to you and your family.
Gosh, I’d find it so hard to pick out one photo from each month! Knowing me, a lot would be of the dogs, which wouldn’t really reflect my year very well … or would it?
Yours is a lovely collection. I especially love that last one!
I love year-end collages! Please don’t ask me to pick a favorite. I love so many of your shots. Fabulous summary. Hope 2013 yields just as many great photo pops.
A wonderful collection, Carol! I’m very happy to have made your blog-acquaintance in 2013.
